G'day Joan et al

One FTS was seen in the Hunter Valley today by Mick Roderick, and 12 were also seen in the Hunter two days ago by Michael Kearns, so time to look a little more at the open sky for Fork-tailed Swifts. So if your name starts with Michael . . . no! everybody around central NSW & northwards look up, they are around.

WTNT appear to be very thin in coastal Sth NSW and Vic, but several flocks have been sighted in inland Victoria, so all Victorians please keep your eyes open and directed upwards also.

Happy swift watching
