Hi everyone,
Some concern has been raised about the identity of the bird, mainly because the
images available thus far have been photographs emailed from a phone taken from
the phone camera of the rear of the digital camera screen. I probably should
have said "possible" on my post yesterday but the discussions about this bird
last night were pointing at a Black Tern. It will be difficult to actually be
certain until the camera images can be looked at properly. Unfortunately, this
may not be until the end of the weekend.
Will keep you posted.
