Pertussis and Thailand

A friend’s daughter has just returned from Thailand with pertussis (whooping 
cough).  It took doctors here some weeks to diagnose (they originally thought 
she might have tuberculosis).  So
travelling birders, have all your immunisations and take out travel insurance 
before heading overseas.
