I wrote previously about an attack on one of our committee of four trying to halt a development in Darwin River, NT. This area appears to be a stronghold for Partridge Pigeon. The police appear now to have taken this attack seriously - the man involved has just had his gun licence cancelled. It’s a sober reminder of just how serious things can get up here.
