Hi all,

The male Little Bittern could be seen today at 5.45pm just before sunset
(lucky us!) near the small wooden bridge at the southwestern end of
Karkarook Park.
It flew across the little pond next to the main lake and landed in some
tall reeds but couldn't be relocated as it got dark very quickly.
Still, a great observation - hope others will be just as lucky!

Cheers,
Falk
