Thought this might be of interest to some raptor researchers or enthusiasts
who subscribe to Birding-aus.

Dear Colleagues--

I'm interested in putting together a global bibliography on "Raptors /Owls
and Climate Change (CC)," which can then be used by researchers and
educators so their respective talents can be better applied to research,
education, and actual on-the -ground wildlife conservation (vs. spending a
lot of time, energy, and budget on the repetitive literature search).

I have authored/co-authored a number of focused bibliographies, including
several on raptors, so I know the magnitude of the task and
recognize/appreciate that others can help immensely if they are willing to
share their knowledge and resources.

Therefore, here's my request: would you please (1) if you are working on
some aspect of CC, provide a brief overview of what you're doing regarding
that subject, (2) put me in touch with the right people to facilitate the
above raptor/CC bibliographic endeavor, and (3) share any .pdfs/reprints
and/or current bibliographies that you have/are aware of on the raptor/CC
subject? I would, certainly, also be interested in key articles on how CC
might/or is affecting the raptor prey base and/or its habitat, of course.

I am copying Zachary Ormsby, a biologist I am mentoring and a co-author in
this bibliographic endeavor, so please "reply to all" in order that we both
get your responses.

I, as is always the case, really appreciate your assistance.

Many thanks.

Jeff
