Received my renewed permit yesterday, which reminded me of comments recently 
heard from more than one source. It appears that numbers of permit holders are 
not booking their  visits with MW before entering the plant. It is a privilege 
to enter this magnificent Ramsar site and I would hate access being put under 
threat. A phone call and a couple of minutes is all it takes to comply.
