On the way back from the coast to Canberra we stopped at Mongo National park nr Braidwood. The best sighting as we walked for a few kms on the circuit road was about 30 Gang Gangs feeding in wattles above the track. They were mostly adults and seemingly equal numbers of males and females. There were King Parrots feeding alongside them. They seemed to be nibbling the new growth at the ends of the 'leaves' and feeding on that as there were no seeds in evidence.
