Hi all,
Just wanted to pass on that I had the same issue as John did with my Minox
binoculars, and also had the same wonderful service in response! I was
without them for a couple of months, but they sent back a replacement pair.
Mine are probably the next model up from John's, so I was very happy to
get a working pair back at no cost to myself!
Cheers,
Chris
