Re Noisy Friarbird Incident

I know very few people - birders or not - who don't stop and remove roadkill 
from the side of the road. How else can we be sure no raptors won't be killed, 
too? That's not to mention looking in the pouches of wombats, kangaroos and 
possums for live young.
