Hi everyone

Sorry for this late bit of advice, but if twitchathon entrants are planning
to drive through Geelong tomorrow as part of a tight schedule to build an
impressive tally, be advised that there will be major traffic delays in the
city and waterfront areas.

Run Geelong is being held in Eastern Gardens and along the waterfront from
7am till noon, with road closures throughout the area. Mackillop Street
would be the best way of driving between the Bellarine and Corio / northern
suburbs - or better still, use the Geelong Ring Road. Keep an eye out for
Black Kites and possibly Wedge-tailed Eagles anywhere along the ring road.
Kestrel, BS Kite, Whistling Kite and Brown Goshawk are also often seen
along the Ring Road.

Good luck to everyone, and I hope you all enjoy a safe, fantastic
twitchathon.
