Quite a few birders searched unsuccessfully this morning for the Regent
Honeyeater which turned up a couple of days ago at Stanmore, South-East
Queensland. A few other good birds were in the area, however, including five
Black-tailed Native-hens at Kilcoy, a Black-necked Stork and good numbers of
Rufous Songlark and White-winged Triller.

Last night I saw three Marbled Frogmouths, two Tawny Frogmouths, two
White-throated Nightjars and an Australian Owlet-Nightjar in the Sunshine
Coast hinterland.
