My first sighting of White-browed Woodswallows this season was a
flock high over the Capertee Valley on 11th September.
Painted Honeyeater arrived a regular site on private property in the
valley on either 10th or 11th. The mistletoe has plenty of fruit this
year so fingers crossed for a good Painted Honeyeater year.
Cheers,
Carol

Interesting Tom,
I saw 25 White-browed over bushland south of Kurri Kurri (about 30km
west of Nwcastle) today. These are the first I'm aware of in the
Hunter (or east of the divide in NSW) this season.
Swift Parrots are still in small numbers too.
