Wildflowers In the Pilbara Are Out

The wildflowers in the Pilbara are benefitting (as we are) from the recent 
rains. And none are more obvious that the Sturt's Desert Pea which is blooming 
in the dry creeks inland from the coast.

They are spectacular with their intense red and black flowers, grey green 
leaves against a back drop of the iron red hills of the hinterland. SDP's and 
some other of the wildflowers are on my blog...
