It sounds reasonable Peter (although I do not know the areas well enough to
comment) but will it be enforced - I have been to many places where dogs
are banned or only allowed on lead and the regulations are blatantly
ignored - one day in the Dandenongs I saw a guy with two off
lead Retrievers tell a ranger "I do this every day" and walked on and the
ranger did (and probably could do) nothing. In 10 years of walking my dogs
(legally!) locally I have yet to see a ranger enforce the rules!
