Hi all, as announced last week I no longer go twitching ( thank you all for
your sympathies and kind thoughts) , and as a result I have some optical
gear which I no longer need and would like to dispose of .

Because I live in South Oz I guess it would be more convenient to dispose of
them locally, but I could look at some interstate postage if there was
interest from elsewhere.

These are all in as new condition, having been used very little. The feet of
the tripod are slightly dusty.

These are the approximate prices I paid. You can of course look them up for
yourself :

80 mm 45 deg Leica Spotting scope $1500, 20-60 zoom lens $400, x30 fixed
wide angle lens $450. Swarowski/ Manfrotto Tripod $350 Leica Gortex
scope cover $300, Total of $3000.

I'd be interested in receiving sensible offers for the lot. So what's
sensible ? To a serious birder not less than $2000.

I also have some brand new Swarowski EL10x50 bins ( in the case) which are
less than two years old, but I think I might hang on to these just in case I
do go birding again .

Never thought I'd come to this !!

Tony
