Hi Tom,

I think it's only including the first 35 pages as the preview and most of that is preamble and introduction. There's one plate in there, which is a topological diagram, so I assume the rest are in there. I guess if anyone has the print version, they might see if that's the case that there aren't other plates in that part of the book?
