I think it's only including the first 35 pages as the preview and most
of that is preamble and introduction. There's one plate in there, which
is a topological diagram, so I assume the rest are in there. I guess if
anyone has the print version, they might see if that's the case that
there aren't other plates in that part of the book?

plates but I'm reluctant to part with the cost if they are not included in
the 'downloadable' book.
