This is the same article published in The Age 19/1/13 re announcement of the 
duck season.
NB Agriculture Minister Peter Walsh states that 43,000 people are licensed to 
hunt game in Victoria. This is misleading. Only half that number have 
duck-hunting licences, with the rest licensed to hunt deer and other game.
