HI Marlene

I live in the Penrith area and know the surrounds relatively well. You can
see Rockwarbler near Tunnelview Lookout at Glenbrook. There are other
spots as well that I know of and have seen them, but at Tunnelview it
appears to be reliable. There's also a special bird there at times, which
I can mention to you offline; special will depend on your own perception I
suppose.

Black Bittern I have seen many times near the Nepean Weir, albeit not in
recent times as I have not been as regular a visitor as I used to be
despite living some 3 kilometers from there.

Tench Reserve is where a friend of mine has occasionally seen
Channel-billed Cuckoos though it would be hard to pinpoint a spot. Koel
and Spangled Drongo would be a harder find, though Koels are quite common
now throughout the valley. If you message me offline I will put you in
touch with my friend who is a regular in that reserve and may shed better
light at those options.

Kind regards
Akos L.
