Hi All,

Buckleys Hole on Bribie Island, SEQld, is a popular spot for bird watchers, and this is to let you know that access tracks around the lagoon will be closed during August whilst approved restoration works are carried out.

I have just received a letter of advice from Moreton Bay Regional Council outlining "rehabilitation of a series of washouts to stabilise the sand dune, and revegetation where necessary post project".

It doesn't mention the bird hide, and as far as I know, the problem isn't in that area.

Cheers,

Jill
