White-bellied Sea-Eagle
Port Prime
White-bellied Sea-Eagle (1) sub-adult bird flew in from the south of beach (Lower Light area?). It flew low and lazily across the margins of the mudflats to the east of the dunes/coast. Some brown marking through undersides of wings and chest obvious from the brief view I had.
