Terns on the Brisbane River

We are staying in Brisbane for the month of July (from Washington, DC). Among
the ID problems I am having is deciding on which terns are most common on the
river. Many of them appear to have dark red bills and look big enough to be
Caspians or Crested. But some are smaller - are these Commons? The gulls
are Silver Gulls, right. I haven't seen anything else from the Citycat.

Any help would be appreciated.
