Thanks for posting this sad news, Martin.

Pat maintained her humour through trials which would have caused many to become hard and bitter or to give up. Recently I was reminded that her 'chef' had duties other than chatting to me on the phone.

Del also remained a gentleman during these many years of suffering. Good on you mate; sympathy at your loss and best wishes for your future.
Regards,
Alan

Hello All, For those of you who have had the pleasure of knowing Pat Richards, please know that she unfortunately passed away early this morning. Please join with me in sharing your heartfelt sympathy, love and condolences to her husband and best friend, Del. Together they have struggled through her many terminal illnesses for many long years, and somehow, together they have managed to keep Del's wonderful bird-guiding business, Fine Feather Tours, in full operation. Please show your warmth to Del - he needs us at this most difficult of times. Please know that we are with you, our dear old friend Pat - I for one, will never forget you... With much regret, Martin Cachard, Cairns.
