Pacific Emerald Dove is the name for birds that occur on mainland AustraliaAND
the Pacific Islands (including Lord Howe). In Australian territory, Indian
Emerald Dove occurs onlyon Christmas Island.

The list is downloadable from
http://www.worldbirdnames.org/ioc-lists/master-list/ and contains ranges
for ALL subspecies.

Lord Howe is indeed Pacific (although there are 2 ssp of Pacific in Aus)
