Emerald dove races in Australia / Low Isles

Hi all, 

I'm wondering if anyone has heard of Emerald dove race / subspp. yamashinai 
turning up in Australia? This is the Japanese version. I ask in relation to an 
information request regarding Low Isles, and because it's endangered in Japan 
it has come up in relation to JAMBA. 

Any help appreciated.
