For gull enthusiasts,

There is yet another photo of an interesting Kelp Gull on Eremaea NSW: While
its wing looks like that of an adult, the head looks like that of a 2nd winter
or an extreme 3rd winter. Possibly this a 4th winter or adult bird with
retarded head plumage?

Cheers,

Nikolas
