Several people have looked for it on Thursday and Friday. Wayne Merritt, Dimitris Bertzeletos, Mike Lawrie, George Swann and today Damian Baxter. There are very strong winds prevailing, but this may not be why it was not found.

Some very good birding along the Greenough River. 70 species seen.

Painted Button-quail seen by Wayne & Dimitris
Little Button-quail flew across the river
Stubble Quail seen by me this morning along the track

Spotted Harrier - a group of three
Black-shouldered Kite - a pair
Nankeen Kestrel - a group of five
Peregrine Falcon - sensational views of it lining up birds on the river from a long way off and charging in upsetting everything (hope it didn't get the phalarope!!!!)
Australian Hobby
Eastern Osprey
Brown Goshawk

White-fronted Chats including up to 30 seen by Wayne and Dimitris
