Hi all

We had a great trip last month through the Lesser Sundas of Indonesia,
visiting the islands of Sumba, Flores, Timor and Komodo. We missed just a
handful of the 100+ regional and endemic specialties.

A trip report is posted here:
http://www.surfbirds.com/trip_report.php?id=2121. For further information
about specific localities, see my blogs here for Sumba
<http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/birding-indonesias-sumba-
island.html> - which we visited first, Timor
<http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/birding-west-timor.html>
- with its large numbers of endemics, Flores
<http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/birding-flores-in-indones
ia.html> - where we cleaned up the endemics, and Komodo
<http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/komodo-dragon-in-wild.htm
l> - where the attractions extend beyond birds.
