Actually they've strapped very small, very light weight, remote
cameras to the back of birds. Think of a mobile phone, without a
display or keypad. The cameras are much lower quality than the ones
not strapped to birds (if you can get a blue ray/ HD version, this is
particularly noticeable), so perhaps that's why you think it's fake.
