Today I saw Black-breasted Buttonquail (a total of 8 birds), Superb
Fruit-Dove and Barred Cuckoo-shrike in lowland rainforest patches in the
Sunshine Coast hinterland. All three species are scarce and difficult to
find in southeast Queensland so it's nice to know they are about. See here
