The Great Crested Grebes were on Lake Clarendon, not Lake Manchester, sorry.

It's interesting that there is clearly a big exodus of waterbirds from the
inland hitting coastal and near-coastal areas. These numbers of Banded
Lapwing and Great Crested Grebe are highly unusual in southeast Queensland.
Solid numbers of Red-kneed Dotterel are a further indication of what's going
