Judith,

I have had the help of a few guides in the Philippines but I think you would 
struggle to see the Monkey-eating Eagle on Luzon.  It would take a flight, then 
a 1/2 day drive and then a 1/2 day hike to get to the spot.  I can get you 
details of you want but am in japan at the moment an it would be middle of next 
week.  Also, I don't think there are any King Brown in our area.
