Things are crook if you have to cook a rook

Greetings,
I was taken to eat at this pub by the owner of the little museum nearby 
called the Natural History Centre. I cannot remember being offered anything 
so interesting. The meal was thanks for identifying the Australian animals 
in the collection and some of the local fossils. I also took my class there 
as an excursion for free as part of the deal.
At this centre they have at lest four regent honeyeaters. Why do I only see 
them stuffed?
