Not exactly bird news but many birders would be interested in seeing the 
dolphins that have appeared near Elwood Beach for at least two days.
On Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, two dolphins could be seen as close as 
150 metres from the beach in front of the grey brick Life Saving Club building. 
About a dozen Silver Gulls and Crested Terns gathered above them, diving and 
catching fish.
