Published sightings for the week ending 22 May 2011.

Fri 20 May Striated Fieldwren Spalford (NW Tas)
Single bird observed for around 10 min in open paddock near farm dam. First sighting for us of this elusive species in this area.

Wed 18 May Blue-winged Parrot Orielton Lagoon
Blue-winged Parrot (5) Four flushed from saltmarsh about 200m in from stile on Shark Point Rd. One more flushed about 50m further on. All flew north out of sight.

Fri 13 May Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoo Wesley Vale
60-80 in a large swirling flock just to the east of the Port Sorrell Rd-Frankford Rd roundabout. Seen in the distance while driving, and broke up into a number of smaller groups by the time we got there.
