I have only used the non-elastic models. I guess the elastic model
does have it's benefits, though elastic does tend to become non-
elastic over time. Or at least the elastic in my jocks does, though
that could have something to do with my waistline.

I'm keen to get a shoulder harness for my partner, who isn't a birder
and has my
old pair of (surprisingly heavy!) binoculars. The Op/Tech Bino/Cam
harness looks
good, but I'm not sure if webbing or elastic is best. Any suggestions?
