Hi people,

between October and December we travelled in these two countries. In Nepal
we walked the Langtand/Gosaikunda/helambu treks and the Manasalu trek and
also spent five days in Chitwan national park. I have bird lists for these
places separately. Chitwan was the only place I did serious birdwatching
the two treks I birdwatched as a I walked, although there was plenty of time
to do so. If anyone is interested I can send the lists and they will give
an idea of what can be fairly easily seen.

For Ethiopia(northern) although there is almost no vegetation left the
birding is good. Again I did it in an ad hoc fashion while driving the
northern circuit or walking in Simien mountains to see the Gelada
Baboons(lucky enough to see Ethiopian Wolf)
