Thanks Alan,

Very nice photos by Jun showing a lot more detail than yesterday including a
white throat and faint white tips to the greater coverts, so I would now
suggest it's a first year bird, probably a male judging by how grey the head
is.
Definitely not a Grey-sided Thrush.

As far as I know Grey-sided has a brown head and does not have the warm 
colours to the sides of the breast either.
