Western Lagoons might be ok? Last time this happened a few weeks ago, that was 
the spot we could still get to. I'd appreciate hearing if it's accessible.

Subject: Getting to the WTP this weeked

According to BOM, the WTP recieved nearly 100mm of rain last night. It might be 
best to avoid the WTP today if anyone is planning a visit.
Also the ABC is reporting that the princes highway between Melbourne and 
Geelong only has one lane open, so traffic's going to be a nightmare.
