Could you please post the following on behalf of one of your list members - Keith and Lindsay Fisher

Keith and Lindsay at Kingfisher Birdwatchers Lodge in Julatten report that they and the Buff-breasted Kingfishers and Pittas are all safe and doing well. A few trees came down in the passing of Cyclone Yasi. But now they are subject to some extensive flooding. The orchard near their creek is awash with water.
They are cut off from Mareeba since Bushy Creek has flooded the road there.
There is no electricity or internet access, so if you are trying to get in touch with them, you will not be able to.

They will keep everyone posted via this web site, and let you know when they are back up and running again.

keep safe everyone,
Keith and Lindsay
