Hi all,

For those of you who may not be aware, Birds Australia WA maintains it's own
sightings page (http://birdswa.org.au/sightings.htm) for the reporting of
unusual sightings in WA and the external territories. Sightings can be reported
to the BAWA sightings officer at Sightings sent to
this address are added to the page promptly (usually same day) by the sightings
officer (currently Alan Collins). The page is also used to prepare the
quarterly sightings report for WA Bird Notes, so it would be great if people
continued to report sightings through this channel.

We are in the process of upgrading this site and it is hoped that this will be
completed in the next month or two

Cheers,
John
