Hi,

I've just received photos and can confirm this is definitely a Red-billed 
Tropicbird. See http://birdo.wildiaries.com/trips/10347 and 
http://bird-o.com/2010/11/03/identification-red-billed-tropicbird/.

At the moment, we will plan to fly on Saturday morning from Port Macquarie. 
Please advise if you would like a space.
