Hi Marlene,

For the 35 years that I've been in Sydney, West Wyalong was always the place
when, heading west for a Sydney weekend trip, we could start seeing Major
Mitchells. Not sure about north of WW but certainly on the roads immediately
west and south of there.

Best

Alan

Hi

On Monday evening I saw 7 Major Mitchell Cokatoos flying over the West
Wyalong Caravan Park (33 55 28 / 147 12'37).

I thought this may be a little on the edge of their range. Any suggestions
or can they be expected in this area?

Happy birding

Marlene.
