I've just bought a copy from the Book Depository
(www.bookdepository.co.uk) for A$27.25 w/free shipping - and it arrived
in just under 2 weeks.  I can lend you my copy when I'm back in 3 weeks
time - probably too late - but I thought I'd reply to everyone as from
recommendations and my experience this seems a useful online book store.
