Hi Chris, I am confident that the birds are male Brown Songlarks. Everything fits, jizz, posture, shape (long legs, long pointed tails) and brown plumage, pale legs. I believe that the darker bird is more advanced into adult plumage than the one showing the dark belly patch. Thanks for sending me the photo, much easier to use than looking at a web site.
