We are off to Aldinga Bay for an extended long weekend on Thursday and I am
hoping that I will get the a chance to slip away early one morning to get some
birding done. Does anyone have any suggested spots that would be worth a visit
and are within say half an hours drive? I am still chasing to subspecies in
this part of the world (Bassian Thrush and Chestnut-rumped Heathwren) so these
may be a potential target, but otherwise just a generally nice spot with a good
mix of bush birds (or even any coastal spots to check out as well) would be
appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Peter
