Fabulous photo Robert and thanks for sharing it with us.

This Ulladulla individual certainly has unusually dark under-wing coverts and a 
very small headed appearance.
The Port Stephens bird from the day before looks more typical.

Hi all,

further to Nikolas and Dan's post on the New Zealand Storm Petrel from 
yesterdays pelagic, I've posted my best attempt at photographing it. I'll add 
more photos later in the day. Also, there are photos of White-bellied 
Storm-petrels from Lord Howe for comparison showing the variation in plumage's 
you get there,
