Regent Honeyeater proposed to be listed as Critically Endangered in NSW

Today, the NSW Scientific Committee supported a nomination for the Regent 
Honeyeater to be listed as Critically Endangered in NSW.

No sign of them this morning at Kitchener (Werakata NP, near Cessnock) where 
there have been up to 7 birds seen in the past fortnight.

Aussie Bittern was also proposed to be upgraded from Vulnerable to Endangered 
in NSW today.
