Page one of the Twitchers field guide and we might have the first species
listed as Mr Mike Carter - the text might read that this twitcher is a prolific
gatherer of species and might be seen any where from Ashmore Reef off the WA
coast, the Gibson desert or a swamp in suburban Melbourne. Likely in any
suitable habitat where a new or unusual bird has been reported. A Qantas
platinum level frequent flyer. In terms of numbers this twitcher is top of the
tree and displays a fantastic knowledge of Australian birds. Keep an eye out
and if a super rarity is around this twitcher will be commonly seen.

cheers
