Hi all,
Looked for Red-rumps and Barns twice in the last week at Newell Beach and just further north on Somerset Drive but no sign of either species, Del Richards also looked without success over the last few weeks. Have not heard of anyone seeing Red-rumps since original report.

Original sighting for RED-RUMPED SWALLOW was on 9/12/09 - Somerset Drive, 2nd road on left after Newell Beach turnoff (heading north from Mossman).

Cheers,
Keith.

of Red-rumped Swallows at Newell Beach or elsewhere in FNQ at present?

Happy New Year to all.
